Diana Chepkemoi is the team leader and Managing Partner of DC Law Advocates LLP.
She holds a law degree from Moi University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in law from the Kenya School of Law. She has also undertaken a Masters in Tax and Custom Administration from Moi University in association with the Kenya School of Revenue Administration (KESRA), where she specialised in tax law. She is a Certified Public Accountant and has also undertaken the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT). Lastly, she has undertaken training on contract management of EPC Turnkey contracts under the FIDIC Guidelines. Diana was admitted to the role of the advocate in June 2018.
Diana has gained also gained experience in the arena of dispute resolution by acting for and advising both local and international clients in a myriad of disputes and preparation of various agreements. Over her years of practice, Diana has engaged in complex and high value litigation before the Court of Appeal, High Courts, as well as Quasi-Judicial Tribunals such as the Public Procurement Administrative Review Board, Standards Appeal Tribunal and Tax Appeals Tribunal.
Her main areas of practice being; Tax Law, Public Procurement Law, Commercial law, Environment & Land Law, Conveyancing Law, Banking and Finance, Employment and Labour Relations Law, Judicial Review, Property Law.

David Njoroge Mwangi is a Partner at the firm with over 5 years’ experience in private practice.
He holds a law degree from Moi University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in law from the Kenya School of Law.
David is an experienced litigator and has perfected his art in civil and commercial litigation. He has vast experience in banking and recoveries litigation, insurance and malpractice law, and securities enforcement. He has been involved in some of the most ground breaking litigation in injunctive matters and medical malpractice.
He has vast knowledge and experience in litigation, Conveyancing Law, Criminal Law, Environmental and land Law, Family Law and succession matters, Business, company law and corporate law.
David has previously worked at Frank Mwangi and Company Advocates where he was the Head of the Commercial Department of the firm.
